About e3 Diagnostics Charlotte
In the early 1970’s, Lee Deshler founded e3 Diagnostics Florida as the Sunshine State’s first on-site service/calibration provider of hearing diagnostic and vestibular instrumentation. Working with acoustics during the early days of manned space flight at Cape Canaveral, Florida, Lee’s knowledge allowed him to calibrate audiometers on-site instead of shipping them back to the factory, drastically improving the customer experience. Offering on-site service greatly reduced downtime for customers, allowing them to continue providing essential services to their patients.
Later on, e3 Diagnostics Charlotte was opened to extend the business’s high-quality services to the Western Virginia and the Carolinas. Shortly after, Tele-Acoustics partnered with Med-Acoustics to form Trilogy Audiometrics. From then until today, the business has dedicated itself to selling state-of-the-art audiology equipment from the most trusted manufacturers, and ensuring its performance through unparalleled calibration and repair services. It has since become a trusted name among hearing and balance professionals throughout the Southeastern United States.
