e3 Diagnostics New England was established as the direct factory representative for Grason-Stadler (GSI) products in New England in the 1980s. We originally were located in the same building as manufacturing which was based in Littleton, Massachusetts. When space became an issue in the late 1980s, we acquired our own office at 531 King Street. Although we were a part of GSI, we operated as an independent sales and service office for the New England states.

With many years of experience in the audiologic and instrument fields, e3 Diagnostics New England offers its customers incomparable customer service and support. Our goal is to ensure, by the quality of the manufacturers that we represent, that our customers are getting the latest technology in audiological diagnostic and screening equipment. Our long term clients value the knowledge and attention to detail that we have and continue to offer.
